Ordered same day flowers for a bereavement, by 4pm they hadn't been delivered so I checked on Google and their website for the flower shop I'd chosen said the business was closed. I rang the number provided and phone was answered by a lovely lady who explained they were definitely still in business but did not have a driver that day and flowers would be delivered by 9.30am the next morning, which they were. Flowers are beautiful and quick delivery next day, would have been 5stars apart from the little panic thinking they were closed and no contact from the business to say the flowers would be delivered the next day

Unfortunately the name was spelt wrong. I was sent a picture of the flowers with the personal message and i could see that the name was spelt wrong so i went back and checked my instructions to see if it was my mistake and it wasn't .
