Our talented team of florists is based on Finchley Road, NW11—perfectly located to serve the local area. We create everything from hand-tied bouquets using the finest seasonal blooms to tailored floral designs, including private consultations for weekly arrangements in your home or office. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 5pm Monday to Friday, and by 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the following day.

I needed a bouquet for some friends who were losing their beloved cat. Unable to find exactly what I wanted on the website, I chose a florist-constructed bouquet and emailed some loose instructions. They received the most amazing floral arrangement in perfect mourning colours of lilac, white and green. The recipient said it was one of the best bouquets she had ever received. I ordered flowers and a balloon, which I paid extra for... the flowers were delivered without the balloon. When I phoned to find out what happened I was told someone would get back to me by end of day, no one did. I followed up with an email and another phone call, was once again told someone would get back to me about a refund... I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me and that was over a week ago!!!
