First time using this service and although I ordered early enough for the same day delivery which I had hoped for, the order was redirected to an alternative florist and the flowers didn???t arrive until the next day which was slightly disappointing

Perfect. I ordered the "florist choice" flowers for my mum in the morning and they were delivered by the Windmill shop within a few hours. I was sent a photo of the flowers by the florist before they were delivered, a lovely touch that Ive not had before. Mum was delighted with the beautiful flowers. Thank you
