The experience of dealing with Direct2Florist was easy and quick. However the flowers sent to my sister's funeral were pretty poor. A small rather pathetic spray. I arranged to send some flowers for my friends birthday, on the morning of her birthday I discovered she had gone away for the weekend! ????I phoned Sarah???s florist to see if I could alter the delivery date, even though it was so short notice.
