Good service but florist selected via Direct2florist did not provide any delivery time options and quality of bouquet very good apart from roses which made up 30% of bouquet. These did not last longer than 48 hours so disappointing.

We live in Australia but have family in the UK and USA. This means we miss out on many special celebrations. Sending flowers is a way of being with people you love in spirit. I actually used Direct2florist because interfllora had let me down and only told me on the delivery day. I managed to get a same day delivery with no issues and the flowers were fabulous. Absolutely first class service. I had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly. One, they had to phone someone else to get the information but still answered within twenty minutes.
