I forgot to order flowers until the very last minute when next day delivery was not available for the mainstream online flower companies. I???m so happy I came across direct2florists. Just spoken to our relatives who received their wedding anniversary flowers and wow they were really impressed, huge bunch, over 40 flowers and the colours and quality were outstanding. I was going to deduct one star as we didn't get a photo the flowers on the step etc. as we have done before so you know how good they were when delivered, but with what is going on at the moment you can't moan really! Very very happy

I understand there were. Problems getting flowers but to be left wondering whether the flowers would ever arrive was not good practice. I would at least keep in touch with customer, even if there was no new news, just so the customer knows they were not forgotten. An extra emails wouldn’t hurt.
