After being let down by expensive letterbox florists that deliver late, lacklustre, anaemic posies, I tried a florist local to the recipient and was amazed at the difference in quality, quantity and customer care! City Florists truly put together a showstopper of an arrangement and wrapped the chocolates, all presented with a huge bow and handwritten card. Truly amazing, you could tell there was pride, care, and attention to detail in all aspects. I really appreciate it!

Was a bit dubious being in Glasgow using an Inverness florist but was pleasantly surprised at the flowers delivered. Although as nice as the arrangement was, it was a bit pricey and no notification to let me know the bouquet was delivered.

I ordered two separate arrangements, one for my mother, the other one for my100 year old Aunt who is in hospital. Both to be delivered to my mother´s address. Only one arrangement was delivered and although it was beautiful and everyone liked it, it was different than the ones I ordered. Also, according to the invoices sent to me, I paid less, about GBP 7.50 less, than the €101 I paid via Paypal. I still have to contact the actual flower shop in Inverness. but maybe you can do this for me and get back to me?

Live in Glasgow and ordered a bouquet plus chocolates for a Pearl Wedding Anniversary to be delivered in Inverness . Requested delivery after 4pm on desired date. Always a bit wary of florists I have not dealt with previously especially when it comes to the quality of flowers. Being in Cyprus it can be difficult with flowers normally sent abroad but the pictures of the flowers on Facebook sent to England Scotland & the USA and the reactions of those who received have been magnificent during the course of the last year.

Can't rate Arcade Florist highly enough, a beautiful bouquet was delivered by them to my mother who was in hospital exactly when I had asked for delivery. Great communication from them also.
