Same day delivery. Easy to use website. The flowers were delivered safely to the correct address. (The recipient has a house name rather than a number and deliveries often end up at the neighbour’s so this is always a concern if I send anything) When they arrived my friend rang to tell me the flowers were beautiful so that’s a win from my point of view.
