The flowers were absolutely beautiful, tastefully arranged and very fresh. The recipient was delighted with them. However, they were delivered to the wrong address and it was only good fortune that the neighbours were in and brought them round. This was obviously worryingly close to disaster given that they were a birthday gift.

I am in Australia and I ordered 2 gifts of flowers for my two sisters in the UK. Direct2florist was excellent, there was a problem with one of the gifts as the florist didn't have what I ordered but they tried hard to get one, they kept me up to date very promptly with what was happening. The team finally found another florist that could fulfil my order. My order and my two sisters received their special gifts on the same day, amazing. I’m living in n cork city ireland and I ordered flowers for three different families to be delivered to a crematorium in Southampton for a cremation last Wednesday, You came highly recommended and I trusted you to do a good job and you did send me confirmation of delivery with photos of what I ordered. Sadly it was my sisters cremation and we had a lot of family there who sent me a photo of one of the arrangements and it certainly wasn’t what I’d ordered ,we had special reasons for choosing what we did and were very disappointed you hadn’t done what you promised .
