i wanted to send flowers for a friend's funeral and I visited several sites which were not user friendly and difficult to manage. The direct2floris site was well thought out and easy to manage. The flowers were delivered on time and I would certainly use this website again

Excellent Service, I only ordered this bouquet of flowers the evening before as an extra nice surprise gift for my lovely step-mum's 91st Birthday as she just loves flowers and as she is self-isolating the flowers were personally hand delivered by Amy from your Portchester branch florists and my step-mum was absolutely delighted to receive them and phoned to thank me saying that they were the loveliest bouquet of flowers that she had ever received. Delivery was punctual. Friends were delighted with the flowers. No worries. However I was notified by the receiver that Lilies are fatal to domestic cats. Not being a cat owner myself I had no idea when I made my selection. Perhaps you could notify your florists about this or put an advice message on your website. Apart from this the service was excellent and I will use this service again.
