Although Jacaranda had to replace the flowers I originally ordered online because of stock issues, they emailed me to let me know. They then took on board the colour preferences I indicated in my reply and created a truly beautiful wreath which was just perfect. I was very pleased with their service and creativity.

Great service recently when I ordered some flowers to be delivered for my mother-in-law's 85th birthday. She was unfortunately not in when the delivery man arrived as she had popped to the shops but the flowers were safely left with her nextdoor neighbour. The delivery man made every effort to ensure she was not in and called to advise me where the flowers had been left. My mother-in-law was thrilled with the flowers and they really made her day! Would definitely use Direct2florist again in the future.

the flowers were nice and the recipient liked them, however i could have gone to another florist for the same price where i know i would have recieved exactly what i wanted for the special occasion. box wrong colour and greenery/flowers looked different to pics/described.

Ordering flowers from overseas can be difficult but I know I can always trust Jacaranda to deliver on time, a high quality, value for money arrangement. I also love the fact they send a photo of the arrangement to me prior to delivery.

i phoned my Sister to find out if the flowers arrived which they had but when she took the paper off them the rose heads were drooped and the lilys were all opened which told her the flowers were old she knows what she is talking about as she arranges flowers Iam one very unhappy lady and will not be ordering from them again Mrs LSouthern

I love the fact that I was emailed a photo of the flowers before delivery as I was ordering from overseas. The service was very efficient and delivery was in the time slot I requested which was great as I had ordered at short notice.

The ordering process was simple--the choice of flowers to order excellent. I liked the fact that I was told that the flower basket had been delivered.
