I ordered these beautiful flowers for my sister around mid day yesterday and they arrived today...the florist knows my sister so knew exactly what kind of flowers my sister loves and so put all of those flowers in the hat box! What a fantastic service, I dont live in the UK but the florist made the whole process easy including sending me the website name to my phone and the website is built so its really easy to order flowers...(there is nothing worst that a horribly designed website but this was not the case). The whole process for easy and friendly from start to finish it was just like being in the shop! Thank you B I appreciate all your efforts, xx

There is nothing nicer than receiving a surprise bouquet of flowers.. You delivered to my elderly mum today for her birthday and she was so pleased with her flowers. Ordering online was simple and the flowers differed slightly to what we had chosen online but were equally nice and well presented. Thank you we will definitely use you again xx
