I didn't like at all their rules. They promote their business and takes your money after which they place your order to different person's without your agreement. Very disappointing

The flowers were nothing like the picture of flowers I had carefully picked. I don't see the point of the pictures if the flowers are going to be absolutely different. I can understand a slight variation but a completely different bunch and colour is unacceptable especially when I was neither asked or told about it. I was blissfully unaware until the recipient sent a photo of the flowers to thank me. The only credit would be that the flowers arrived on time.
