The ordering process was smooth, especially for me who are from another country. The pictures to choose from looked great. My only worry is that I'm still not sure that the person who was suppose to receive the chocolates and flowers, received it. Something that you might consider to do, is to take a picture and send it to the provided email. Again, because of being in another country. All the best. Kindest regards, Annelize

What an absolute gem of a person Caroline is. I placed an order and the flowers were duly delivered to the office address I had provided. Caroline called me to say that someone from the offices had just called to say that the recipient of the flowers was not known in the building. Caroline recollected the flowers whilst I tried to locate an address. I sent her the new address and in less than 20 minutes they were with my friend. It is rare that I get to experience this level of service these days. My friend also adored the flowers. If this is the level of service at The Flower Shop London I couldn't recommend them/Caroline highly enough.
