I ordered the flowers on Saturday morning and they were delivered in the afternoon. The website was so easy to use and very efficient. The flowers when delivered didn???t look exactly like the picture on the website. However, they were lovely. I would use the website and the florist again. Thank you.

I needed a bouquet for some friends who were losing their beloved cat. Unable to find exactly what I wanted on the website, I chose a florist-constructed bouquet and emailed some loose instructions. They received the most amazing floral arrangement in perfect mourning colours of lilac, white and green. The recipient said it was one of the best bouquets she had ever received. I ordered flowers and a balloon, which I paid extra for... the flowers were delivered without the balloon. When I phoned to find out what happened I was told someone would get back to me by end of day, no one did. I followed up with an email and another phone call, was once again told someone would get back to me about a refund... I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me and that was over a week ago!!!
