Sending flowers to someone the other side of the world is tricky. But I have been using Blackheath Flower Company for 2 or 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The flowers have always been superb and have always impressed the recipient.

A bit of background. These flowers were ordered for my sisters-in-laws very special 40th Birthday. Website is user friendly, easy to select bouquet from chosen florist and place order. I initially got the dates mixed up and required delivery for the 14th February. The webteam kindly adjusted my delivery date. I raised a complaint sooner after delivery of the flowers. My gripe arises from the product that was delivered. My total fee was £44 for flowers and delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered (as I mentioned in my complaint) were no better than a supermarket bunch not bouquet of flowers to the value of around £15. My sister in law was so disappointed in the flowers she sent me a photo to ensure she had received the correct order. I raised the issue with the webteam. After 12 days and 2 gentle reminders I was offered an apology for the flowers, late reply and £10 voucher. I accepted the apology but declined the voucher. I instead counter offered a £20 voucher or a £10 voucher with 20% refund of the monies I had paid. This was refused. I'm now placing an indemnity claim directly through my bank. My advice, if you're looking to place an order for flowers, contact the florist directly, minus Direct2Florist. Your order will be cheaper (not having to pay Direct2Florist platform fee) and the florist are likely to offer a more quicker efficient service. If you must use an online platform trust interflora. I have never had an issue when placing an order through interflora. My sister placed an order directly through a Charlton based florist and they were absolutely beautiful and £8 cheaper. (Happy to uploads photos of my flowers and the beautiful bouquet my sister ordered). Please do not use Direct2Florist for your mothers day, easter or any flower orders. There will be stark differences with what you've ordered and the flowers delivered. Not a service I'd utilise again or recommend

We've not used this company before - our experience of sending flowers had left us with no alternative but to try somewhere else. I'm really glad we took a chance! Direct2florest was easy to navigate with plenty of inspiring choices. It didn't take us long to make a choice and the rest was striaghtforward. This company kept in touch with us as to when the flowers would arrive - and the following day we received a delighted text and photo of the flowers we sent. This florist went above and beyond to ensure my flowers got to the right place at the right time. They rang the funeral directors, found out there was a change of plan and then organized everything appropriately. They then rang me to inform me of the changes. The flowers they prepared were really lovely particularly as in this time of pandemic things are difficult for florists. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

Amazing flowers and very quick service. I was let down by another company for flowers on Mothers Day so placed an order at around midday, Sunday, with Blackheath Flower Co hoping they would be able to fulfil same day delivery. Not only did they deliver about 3 hours later, but the flowers were exceptional, and especially considering the day and the current world problems. Will definitely use again!

D2F proved highly accommodating when from New Zealand I was arranging to send flowers to our daughter in law in hospital. The D2F florist I chose was near the London hospital but they found the hospital does not accept flowers so D2F arranged for a florist near the family home to deliver the flowers there once she was home. I was mightily impressed at the service.

I have ordered the Christmas Harmony Candle as surprise fr my daughter and she was really delighted, texted me that il looks beautiful and festive and fills the room with a nice Christmas scent of oranges and green. It would have been the usual best 5 stars rating, because the flowers are beautiful and the delivery puntual, perfect - BUT the picture shows a bright, funny pink flower pot, I really liked it and it would have been perfect for my daughter - the flowers sent were just to cheer her up. But - the flowers arrived in a very traditional wooden basket :-( and I am really disappointed. I really do like Blackheath Flower Co, so I let you have a 4 stars rating but I really would appreciate if I could be sure that my next order will be delivered accordingly.

Ordered a Florists Choice bouquet at 8pm on Sunday night (using "same day delivery") and it had arrived by 3pm on Monday. My Grandmother was very pleased with the selection of flowers, and they lasted very well too. Happy to recommend this florist and am likely to use them again.
