What a wonderful experience. I ordered via direct2florist website then contacted the shop personally as I needed to ensure the delivery was by 2pm the next day. They confirmed they would do this and as promised my flowers were delivered. Have to say my wife was delighted with them and sent me a picture. The flowers were stunning and the arrangement was clearly done with pride and care Over the moon with the service and the flowers themselves.

My local florist was unable to carry out my order so was grateful that a substitute florist was able to step in. I have seen a picture of the arrangement sent and was happy to see that it was almost identical to the advertisement. I was just a little disappointed with the arrangement, looked a little untidy as though a little more care could have been made. Hence the 4 star rating.

Absolutely beautiful, ordered a custom bouquet for Valentines Day delivered with a personal message for my fiance. Flowers arrived at a great time, socially distanced and the card was handwritten and personal. Flowers were proper nice and she loved them. All in all a great experience from start to end, all easily done online which is good during COVID. Always pays to go local, absolutely wouldnt get this quality for supermarkets or elsewhere. I guess that’s down to the lockdown and businesses trying to recoup some of their losses Nice bouquet, just seemed a bit sparse and expensive for the size/variety of flowers when compared to M&S/Arena bouquets I’ve sent/ received in the past.

Unattractive plants, no colour. Upon my request they are sending out another to my daughters workplace, but seem to be going ahead with going to my daughters home address to pick up original one which seems a little petty of them, considering the relative low unit cost of order.

Product is amazing, wonderful display for my mums birthday. Prompt delivery. Only downfall was a confirmation email/text should be sent to confirm delivery especially when it's being delivered to someone's work for example or a place were the person who has ordered them isn't there. Excellent service all round!!! I ordered the flowers on the website at 9pm and the website wouldn't allow me to change the date in which I wanted the delivery to take place, so I left it blank. Within 15 minutes of placing the orders the owners had phoned me from their home and asked what day I wanted them delivering. They also asked me the age of the person who would be receiving the flowers and they reassured me that it would be a modern bouquet. I ordered these for my mum, she called me and said they was beautiful, and even said the driver who delivered them gave some advice of how to keep them fresh and she has never been given that information before and was really happy for this.
