I have made several orders over the years to family or friends from flowers of Kidderminster. I began by calling in my order (I live in Canada). But have since began using the website which is very user friendly. Flowers are always beautiful and brighten the day of those receiving them.

I have used Flowers of Kidderminster several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as I like to support local businesses when I can. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery of flowers for my wife's birthday. Although the bouquet was delightful, several of the roses arrived damaged. Not the level of service that I have received in the past, so I'm guessing that this might be a one-off event. But nevertheless, it did dampen my wife's excitement a little.

Only down side was that I stated no lillies and there was rather large one. However, customer service over phone was excellent and the recipient was overjoyed but had to remove milly due to allergy. . I will use them again .

Flowers did not look fresh and I did not consider they represented value for money. Additionally, as they were ordered as funeral flowers, I did not feel they were suitable as they were a mixture of colours and did not resemble my original order. Won't be using that florist again any time soon.
