I ordered flowers and a balloon, which I paid extra for... the flowers were delivered without the balloon. When I phoned to find out what happened I was told someone would get back to me by end of day, no one did. I followed up with an email and another phone call, was once again told someone would get back to me about a refund... I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me and that was over a week ago!!!
