Nothing like picture Sent completely wrong bouquet Only when called to complain was advised there was no ‘pink flowers’ Was advised they would call the next day and rectify and take incorrect ones back. Not a great situation when a bereavement. Declined as didn’t want family to go through the hassle.

Sarah

A great service that was delivered on time. The flowers were beautiful but completely different to the picture advertised. It did say they would be different but they were advertised in a hessian bag and they were in just a card gift bag. I thought about giving a 4 for this but considering what we are going through as a country during COVID they are doing an amazing job as key workers And keeping putting smiles on faces delivering flowers xxx
