This company,is great to work with. Their web site is easy to use,and efficient. I sent,flowers from Australia,to the U.K. for a girl friends birthday. They accepted my order over Easter but ultimately couldn’t fulfil it on time, so I agreed to wait one more day (which isn’t ideal for an anniversary). I had chosen a specific florist but they sent my order to a completely different one without notifying me in advance. The flower arrangement was awful and it looked nothing like what I had ordered… I contacted them to see if they could send a replacement via the florist I had originally chosen but they only offered to refund the service fee which was ~£4 but the flowers were in the region of ~£40. Since then, I have sent them 2 emails and I have been completely ignored for 6+ days.
