I’ve used this service several times and previously have been satisfied with the overall experience. The Valentine’s Day arrangement for my wife was delivered on time. However, the flowers delivered were very poor and my wife and I are very disappointed with the general appearance and quality of the flower arrangement. Mostly in the past I have ordered earlier and had flowers from local florists in Darlington, this time was different and highly disappointing. I would not use this florist again. I could have had a much better arrangement from the local Morrison’s for a much cheaper price.

Very pleased with the service. I ordered a medium floral arrangement and when did arrived I thought I picked the wrong size. I phone Direct2florist and they changed it from medium to large in 2 hours. Got delivered the same day, the arrangement was out of this world , spectacular. Very pleased with their service . I ordered the flowers for my mam for Mother's Day, as I live 250 miles away I opted to send flowers, my mother called to say the flowers had been delivered, but after only 2 days they where dieting also after seeing a picture the posy was very very small even though I had paid over £40 for them with delivery and ordered the medium sized, will not be useing again.

I wouldn't order again as my reasons being the pot wasn't pink which I expected to be and a few days on they look limp
