Excellent service from Torbay florist. Definitely went that extra mile literally! Recipients were absolutely delighted with the gorgeous arrangement and chocolates. Would not hesitate to use this florist again. Actually deserves more than five stars!

The flowers I ordered for my mother were nothing like the ones i ordered. I ordered Christmas flowers in a glass vase with a red ribbon around the glass. The ones we got were totally different flowers and colors... absolutely nothing like the picture I chose. And the chocolate box was dented and ripped... and then taped up ALL the way around the box with tape!. I am beyond shocked right now. I have requested they replace them today with what was ordered. We are not fussy peopke, and very rarely complain about anything. But this was unacceptable. I have to state that we have never had a problem with Torbay Florist in the past. They have always been great before. I am hoping they will correct this by tomorrow at the latest. I really wish they was a place to pin pictures here, because saying it just does not show what I'm sstating here. ????
