The flowers were fresh and beautiful and my recipient was very excited and very happy to receive them. The only complaint I have regards when I receive notification that the flowers were delivered. They were actually delivered between 3 pm to 4 pm GMT on 14Feb, but I was not notified of the delivery by ???Direct2Florist??? until just after 6 pm GMT on 15Feb, the following day. They incorrectly stated the flowers were delivered on 15-Feb-2025, when they were delivered on 14-Feb. This was an international order from the US to the UK and because flowers can be perishable, I would appreciate to have been notified of delivery within one hour of the actual delivery because the receiver is not always home. Whose responsibility is it to notify me, Beauty Of Flowers or Direct2Florist? This has happened several times with Direct2Florist / Beauty Of Flowers so I will probably be looking for a new international delivery service next time.

Although I didn???t see the finished product was told they were lovely. Order with no problem lots of choice. Was kept up to date with everything and a little mix up with a name for the funeral was quickly sorted out. Bought a wreath for funeral for a really close friends dad but being over 300 miles away bought from the Internet, so wasn't able to see what I was paying for, but my friend took a picture and they were lovely she also said how beautiful they were so was really pleased. I have used this florist several times now and you always get excellent service. Today was exceptionally so, I ordered them just before lunch and they were delivered just after lunch. That must take some beating. The flowers were beautiful and and such bright colors. My friend was over the moon about them.

I ordered a bouquet of Orchids, as a Mothers Day gift, quite late on Friday afternoon and they were delivered on Saturday morning, much to my mums delight. I saw these on Sunday and they were stunning. I received a call from mum four days later to tell me they had blossomed with two colours, which was another lovely surprise. My only negative was that when flowers were delivered no one was in so had to be delivered to a neighbour. No card was left saying where they had been left. Person I sent flowers to loved them, they sent me a photo and I was very happy with how they looked.
