I ordered flowers for a funeral from australia and asked that they be delivered the day before. However, the funeral home requested they be delivered the day of the funeral. Chelsea flowers rearranged the delivery without hesitation which I appreciate as it was not what I originally requested. Top marks from me. Massive Thankyou
