I ordered flowers with the same day delivery option. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice available. It's also great to see exactly where your flowers are coming from and the fact that local florists are used to where your recipient lives, keeping small businesses on the high street open. I did have the unfortunate experience of the selected florist on my original order being unavailable to fulfill my order - however, it was quickly resolved by the Webteam, they kept me informed and quickly found an alternative local florist that could complete the order, and the flowers were still delivered on the same day. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mothers 85th birthday party. Both she and myself were very disappointed with the quality and the quantity of stems in the bouquet. Some of the stems were dead or dying within 2 days and were clearly not fresh. I deliberately chose a florist in my mothers home town to both support a local business and ensure a timely delivery. The bouquet was delivered in a timely manner.
