Very easy process in sending flowers from Australia to UK. Always worrying that the flowers youve chosen wont match what is received. Well the flowers received were amazing. I was sent a picture of the flowers that I had ordered and sent to a relation, she was really pleased with them and after looking at the picture she sent me, I must say i was extremely pleased, they looked just as your picture showed them and were delivered on the day i asked for. Easy ordering, absolutely stunning flowers but the order tracking system did not tell me the flowers were delivered until today. I was anxious they would arrive for my mother yesterday as it was the anniversary of my Dads death and every time I checked the order it said with florist. They did in fact arrive on time which is great so maybe tracking system is not synced Would use again

I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral. I am in the USA and she lived in the UK. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. Mom thought the basket of flowers were smaller than she expected. Overall, it was a good experience and I am pleased with the service that they provided for our family.

Haven't seen the flowers in person but did get a phone "Thank you" from the recipient and was happy with how easy it was to order. Would have liked choices of potted multi-stem orchid plants though. I had actually wanted to order a 4 to 5 stem white cymbidium orchid arrangement in a pot but did not find that but did like the arrangement I chose in lieu of that. Thank you, CJW

Totally disappointing and embarrassing both for me and for recipient.<br />Mostly Yellow chrysanthemums plonked into a cheap pink vase! <br />There is no need to say anything else. <br />Will definitely avoid this florist in future.
