This shop is the best in Worthing and surrounding areas. I've shopped in person and the customer service is second to none. Beautiful flowers always in stunning arrangements. This time ordered via the Internet, exactly the same level of customer service. Reasonably priced and the benefit of being local.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Nikki at Flower Designs. Her customer service is excellent. The exact arrangement was not available on the day but Nikki called me ( even though I'm in Australia!) and assured me the substitute would be just as beautiful and appropriate for the circumstances ( being a bereavement). I was very happy with the substitute arrangement she put together and delivered. A pleasure to deal with.

I would like to be able to order flowers to go to 2 different address on the same order. As I order from NewZealand it is not cost effective for me to place seperate orders. If you can resolve this it would be great.

The "product" was not "poor" per se but for what I paid, I was extremely surprised that it was VERY small, with flowers that could not have cost so much. If I were the recipient, I would guess the product to have been half of what I actually paid. I took a picture of the product if you would like to see it and judge if for the price it was fair. I felt embarrassed at the venue which should not have been.

Beautiful flower arrangement. The staff are so friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile. When I gave them the wrong address they next back picked them up and delivers to the correct address...no extra fee. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.
