Yet again and unsurprisingly the wonderful people at The Greenhouse have not let me down. placed an order yesterday for some flowers which I picked especially because of the colours and sunflower etc. However I've just seen a picture of them and although they are a pretty bunch, they look nothing like the ones I ordered. I am really unhappy about this as it was a very special birthday and I picked the bunch to match the personality. Besides I think it is really bad service to not deliver what had been ordered without an explanation or prior notification.
