About & History

Sarah Started the Business at the age of 18 its a family run florist and gift shop situated in Quinton Birmingham. With well over 20 years of experience, Sarah's creative talents have followed the ever change floristry trends & as a result can deliver the perfect floral gift anywhere within a 15 mile radius of the shop, using the freshest flowers she buys daily from the wholesale market. That's why over 99% of our customers rate us as a five-star florist. Over the years Sarah's Mission was and still is to give excellent customer service and quality flowers which is why we have such an excellent repeat business. The business has managed to come through the recession to remain a long established business in the Birmingham area . We constantly look for ways to further improve both the quality of the imported flowers and the wrapping and presentation of our arrangements - such as our trademark addition of small pearls on Bear grass or a simple little butterfly that serves as a lasting reminder of that special moment, long after the flowers have gone.

We also deliver floral arrangements in Oasis pots , vases , Cards and even Cup cakes.These are ideal as they are easy to manage. We cater for weddings, funerals, conferences and other occasions and our floral arrangements have decorated churches, Houses, halls, hotels and wherever that special occasion is happening. That experience means when sending flowers from us , your order is in safe hands. The cut flowers used at Sarah's Rose Garden either arrive on flights from Holland, Ecuador,Turkey, columbia - air freighted to ensure quality is the very best - we collect them from Birmingham Wholesale Markets and we have a dutch delivery lorry 2 times a week, with some varieties are grown locally - look out for the English Alstro we have from Evesham it beats the imported ones hands down. Depending on the occasion, we can personalize the flowers with Printed ribbon, we can print any message and fix it across your Bouquet . She is renowned for her Bespoke Funeral designs and has over 200 designs in her portfolio . Location & Delivery

When it comes to delivering flowers we use our own drivers , Paul my Husband, and Tina who has been with us for over 2 years now helping to deliver smiles.If the recipient is out we always leave a card to let them know what we have done with their flowers. We ask customers to provide as much information as possible including a house number wherever possible so that flowers don't spend longer than they have to in a van driving up and down looking for an address. Bearings from a landmark would also be very useful, such as 'house is directly opposite The Barrel Pub and next door to Berts fruit shop'. Telephone numbers and mobile numbers are also very important. We will only contact a recipient before delivery in the most desperate of cases so we won't give away the surprise!
