Melanie of Melanie Webb Flowers recently created and delivered a beautiful funeral spray for a beloved family member and her efforts on our behalf went over and above that which would normally be considered reasonable; and for that we will be eternally grateful. In addition to the preparation of the exceptional flower arrangement itself, Melanie exceeded our expectations by accepting our order without hesitation from another florist who was unable to meet our original request; by communicating with us directly to confirm the details of our order; by contacting the funeral home on our behalf to confirm delivery requirements and then by personally delivering the arrangement to the funeral home to meet their tight timetable for the funeral service. It is also significant to note that we are located in Canada and in spite of the obvious challenges of distance and time zones; Melanie was more than equal to the task of fulfilling our needs. As a result of her efforts and commitment, she was instrumental in providing much needed comfort during a difficult period by personally ensuring that every detail of our requirements was addressed to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Melanie for everything you did on our behalf.

The girl I spoke to was very helpful. I explained that I wanted an orchard delivered to my daughter on that day as I ordered just before 1pm they would deliver. I told her what I wanted on the card. She even sent me an email with the words on the card and a photo of the orchard which looked fantastic. My daughter rang me and told me that she had received it in the afternoon and that it was magnificant. I would certainly use Direct2florist again and would recommend them.
