We have used Reebees of Ruthin for some years now as we have family members in Ruthin. Booked flowers the day of a birthday - me in France, her in North Wales. I had a problem with my card on line but the lovely team sorted everything out through a telephone call. So lovely to have real people at the end of a telephone when on line options don’t work for whatever reason. I am not so pleased that I ordered "roses" and the picture showed a dozen roses with no other plants used as filler but what was delivered was 6 roses with greenery used to fill the spaces. I admit the offer did not specify the number of roses but there was no filler in the picture and when you show me a dozen roses I kind of expect that is what I get. A dozen roses is a classic and sends a message that 6 roses with some green just don't.
