Although I ordered in plenty of time for same day delivery I received a phone call saying that the florist was unable to deliver until the next day. And the florist didn’t have any autumnal colour flowers so had to accept pink/white flowers for the trug I had ordered. I was given no compensation by the company for my disappointment!

Because Crumptons know their flowers (I leave it up to them) and they also know the recipient (it's quite a small town) so they know what she likes. They also deliver at the right time and on the correct day.
