These flowers were an emergency order for a friend who was feeling down. They arrived the next day from a florist local to her (she lives in Wales I'm in England) the order process was quick and simple. Flowers arrived after lunch as specified and are gorgeous! My original choice of florist could not fulfil the order so Petals, Crickhowell, was chosen by Direct2Florist instead. What a service! The lady in Petals delivered the flowers the day before I asked because we had a forecast of snow for the next day. They were not for a specific occasion so this was fine. The lady sent me an email explaining this. I'll certainly use this florist again and would recommend them to anyone for their consideration and beautiful flowers.

A service that is &quot;above and beyond&quot;. Quality and presentation of floral arrangements consistently excellent. On this occasion the florist very thoughtfully added in some freesias - their delicate scent really added to the pleasure of receiving flowers for my mother as her sight is so poor. Delivery prompt and delivery girl very pleasant - again, adds to the positive experience.
