Beautiful flowers,I had an issue when the flowers didn’t arrive on the day they should have .This was the fault of the participating florist.It was rectified as soon as possible .i wouldn’t let that put me off as Direct2florist did all they could promptly to rectify .

I am rating this a five ,as the flowers were beautiful and well presented.I did have a minor delivery issue but the company dealt with the problem straight away..I would use them again as I think the problem was unable to be resolved over a Sunday.This has not put me off.

I was very pleased with the service. The day after I ordered the flowers the local flower shop called to explain that she was waiting for a new delivery of flowers the following day and would I be happy to wait one more day to have newer, fresher flowers. Otherwise she could find another shop to create the arrangement for me. It was refreshing to find someone genuinely concerned about the product they would be sending out. Very happy with the end arrangement and would happily use them again

The receiver of the flowers sent me a photo and the flowers were beautiful and they arrived on time so all good from that point of view. A major negative was that the product purchased was for the 12 roses to be in a red vase (as per picture on website) or in a vase and hence I paid the GBP 50.00 where I could have paid less for the 12 roses to arrive int he manner / presentation that they did. So all went well except that point which was why I paid more without question.
