Amazing flowers and service .Highly recommended.

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 6th Jan

delivered a day late even though promised same day delivery. I paid for same day and it did not happen. the delivered item was not as expected with many of the flowers unopened. Delivery fee was way way over the top, and when the delivery was late emails asking for refund to the late delivery ( as wasn't same day as paid for ) were ignored and gained no response.

I have used direct2florist a few times now to organise funeral flower deliveries in County Durham from Australia, and they have never let me down. Very easy, always on time and (from what I've heard) always beautiful. They even rang me once in Australia to confirm an address. I'm very impressed with their service and I will definitely use them again next time. Hopefully for a happier occasion!

This florist delivered to Darlington on Saturday morning and their service was exceptional. Firstly they took the trouble to warn me of a possible delay in delivery due to the weather; the flowers arrived by lunchtime which was perfect. Secondly I received a photo of the flowers and they are beautiful. This level of service is very rare.I highly recommend.

Violet

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 23rd Dec 2023

They were a beautiful bunch of flowers that was delivered to my Mother but I thought the size of the bunch could of been bigger for the cost. I paid £80 for the "large" which in my opinion wasn't as large as I expected + also very small box of Chocolates (6 chocolates I think). All delivered 2 miles away. Will shop around next time a bit more. I do understand prices for everything has increased, maybe this is the going rate now I definitely won't be able to afford to do it often now given the prices.

Danielle

Order placed via Direct2Florist listing. 23rd Nov 2022

The flowers were very nice and as described. They were delivered to the Crematorium on time as arranged with the message I typed on the website - so all good. I only gave 4 stars because of the problems with the Direct2florist website. It selected a list of florists near the postcode I gave. I chose the first but then when I got to the end of the process I got a message saying they didn't deliver to that area. I then chose another florist but when I got to the payment page the screen took a while and eventually timed out. When I checked my bank, the money had been taken. So I assumed the order went through - and it did. I will probably use again.

The flowers were delivered to my daughter's college at the exact time requested! She says they are gorgeous! I ordered the 'florist's choice', and they came in wrapping which included water - as of course few students have flower vases available in their rooms - something I had not considered! Thank you!
