Ordering was easy and straightforward. The flowers were delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. The blooms were beautiful and the colours perfectly matched. My wife was extremely happy with the bouquet and the blooms are opening over time extending the life of the bouquet and adding to the burst of fragrance. Flowers were absolutely stunning, better than I could have imagined! Delivery was also fuss free. We are in a rather difficult to find building and there were no phone calls or anything, the lady managed to find us without issue and was super lovely. I cannot fault Direct2florist however. The florist used by them delivered the flowers on the wrong day. The flowers were past their best and not worth the money. I complained and a new better arrangement was delivered on the correct day. My concerns were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would definitely use Direct2florist again but have taken a note of the florists name so not to select them next time.

After being let down on my original order, Thistle Du stepped up, and delivered on the day. Not only did they get the order at 1100, as a reorder, the flowers were delivered by 130pm. They were absolutely beautiful, and my friend was delighted with them. Stunning arrangement, slightly different, but actually nicer than the photo online. Would highly recommend using their services. The ordering process and the flowers were good. Not so happy with the delivery tho The flowers were delivered to the next door neighbour without telling or calling the Sender or the receiver. Should have better communication especially when the receiver not at home rather then delivery without informing us.

I could not be happier with the service or the product. I asked for the flowers to be delivered on a specific day and unfortunately the recipient was not in on the first attempt at delivery. Thislte du did not stop there and kindly re-tried (successfully) to deliver later on in the day. I cannot think of any other company I have used where they would re-attempt delivery. Normally, they would leave a card and nothing else. I am hugely grateful.
