I ordered on line knowing nothing about the florist. When I arrived at the funeral the flowers were amazing, they looked so fresh and beautiful just like the photo showed. I was so pleased with them. Thank you it meant a lot.

As mentioned in the Direct2florist review, the order was lost somewhere between the two, resulting in the flowers I'd ordered for Mother's day not arriving on the day itself. The Secret Garden were very apologetic, but unsure why they didn't have the order. They arranged for delivery the same day, with some additional flowers by way of apology. Not sure where it went wrong, but ultimately the flowers didn't arrive when they should have, which was disappointing. Very good customer service trying to recover the situation though, so I can't fault them there.
