What a pleasure to deal with Kat at The Posy Bowl and experience a truly personal service! You kindly helped out with providing a convenient delivery time which is very much appreciated! My family have bought flowers from your shop for many years so it is great to know you have continued to provide such a personal service and of course, such beautiful flowers! My sister received them on time this morning and she is absolutely blown away! She has text me to say it is the loveliest bouquet she has ever had! Thank you so much we will always come back to you for flowers!!
