Ordered a display of flowers by Lucia Lee of Stanley with Direct2florist on line for my Aunts birthday she was over the moon with them, had to phone the florist because of my Aunt is slightly deaf to ask if they had been delivered to her, the lady was very good said she would get in touch with the driver to see if they had been delivered, she got back in touch to say all was well and delivered thank you for going the extra mile to make me feel reassured that everything was as it should be, would definitely us them again and highly recommend this florist

Flowers and a teddy bear were ordered as a gift so I did not see them but the recipients were delighted. I received a phone call from the florist to suggest an 'upright' display rather than the 'flat' bouquet that I had ordered. I was happy to let the florist decide what would look better.
