Our premises is within a Grade II listed building originally used to house the wares from the Canal Basin along Burton Street, hence the name! The flowers were beautiful and the florist went the extra mile...beyond what was expected in arranging the delivery on the exact day even though it was a Sunday. I would HIGHLY recommend the florist, The Flower Basin, and this service. I have used Direct2Florists for quite some time and neither the recipients nor I have ever been disappointed. Can't rate these highly enough! The flowers were delivered on time and really nicely presented in fancy bowed packaging. The flowers were really fresh and still look as fresh 1 week later.

So very kind and at the busiest time of year too. I phoned them from Australia to check on the delivery and mentioned my elderly parents and their health issues and the delivery gentleman waited patiently for them to get to the door and took them in for them too.
