About The Floral Touch

We are a family based Florist in an area of Bath known as The Bear Flat run by Joanne and Matthew Swanson. This beautiful part of Bath is only a ten minute walk from the City centre. Originally we started in a very small shop in the centre of Bath, but as people got to know about us and our style of floristry and support our Business we made the decision to move to a larger shop, we did this 18 years ago, and haven't looked back since. We have the space to take on larger function flowers, weddings, corporate workshops and parties.

We are a family based Florist in an area of Bath known as The Bear Flat run by Joanne and Matthew Swanson. This beautiful part of Bath is only a ten minute walk from the City centre. We have been trading in Bath for over 24 years and pride ourselves on the quality of fresh flowers that we buy DAILY. We are very fortunate that we have several good local suppliers that help us to source the freshest and finest quality flowers, whether its "British" grown or from further a field to full fill all our orders.

Whatever your requirements are we have the experience, knowledge and the space to help you. We love working with all different textures and styles, currently the feel is for a more Eco and environmentally friendly approach to floristry and you will see that we have a special section for this. If you would like a more personal and independent approach then The Floral Touch Bath will be looking forward to helping you with all your floral requirements.

This is the first time I have sent flowers from NZ to UK and it was my best friend in UK's husbands funeral and I so wanted to get flowers to her before the funeral. It all worked very well she got the flowers and she thought they were lovely so I am a very happy customer and will certainly use this service again.

Having belonged to a couple of small relay organisations previously I was wary of joining another as I dislike being told what to do and how to do it. I didn't need to worry because Direct2florist are never prescriptive, only supportive. They provide all the back up you could need, producing brochures, design ideas, web support and tireless phone help sorting out any issues for customers. If anyone wants an efficient supportive relay organisation then Direct2florist is the best I've ever encountered.
