What can I say? The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the service was exceptional. A lovely lady, whom I believe was from the florist, called me to confirm the delivery address and make sure everything was as expected. The flowers were for my Nan, who now requires a carer. When the florist arrived, she rang to double check the address and mentioned that my Nan was not there. My Nan is a little hard of hearing, so she did not respond, but the carers arrived at the same time and let the florist in. She ensured my Nan saw the flowers and even arranged them in a vase for her. Afterwards, she called me again to let me know everything was fine. Outstanding service! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
