I found this online flower delivery service a good all round shopping experience, I liked that I was informed the flowers had been safely delivered. I’m taking it the flowers were as lovely as the wonderful selection of photographic choices, the recipient & myself exchange flowers every year at this time & we don’t really get in touch about our gifts received. I was so happy with this service I will be using them again for my annual delivery of flowers for this couple. Thank you.

Very easy to navigate and use. However, the 'message' and 'card' sections are very confusing. I left a message for the recipient of the flowers but there was no card with them. Perhaps name them 'message for florist' and 'card with flowers' If that had been clearer, I'd have awarded 5 stars.

Ordered two baskets if flowers to be delivered to two different cities. One florist could not meet the order but Direct2florist immediately placed the order with another local florist and notified me. Great service..answered the phone and assisted me with my order. Delivered flowers on a Sunday for me. 3 bouquets and they were all absolutely beautiful and worth the money. The only thing I would ask is that they try to print the message and/or have a larger card for the verse. Other than that 10/10

The roses were only two so I was expecting very high quality ones for the price paid: big and possibly perfumed. They were medium size and not beautiful. The glass vase was also of a very basic shape: cilindric instead of the nicer shape showed in the picture on the website. I wasn’t expecting exactly the same but a nicer one at least. It looked just like a very tall glass of water. The decoration with green plants was as shown in the picture.
