I have been delighted with the service from Richard Mathews. I had a problem as I didn't have a local phone number for the recipient, as requested on the order form; I phoned the shop and they were so helpful and assured me that they would cope.. When the flowers arrived the recipient said that they were gorgeous and in lovely condition. Great to find an online retailer in whom you can trust!

I live in Australia and have used Direct2 several times to send flowers to the UK. Last week saw the arrival of a new baby and I ordered flowers at what would have been the very early hours of the morning in England and I received a photo of a beautiful arrrangement by lunchtime. Brilliant service particularly as the flowers were delivered to a small rural village in Oxfordshire.

Straight forward process. Florist that was recommended was exceptional. The process to have flowers delivered using Direct2florist was far more efficient than the UKs leading florists. Will always use Direct2florist in the future

My daughter was pleased with her flowers but she didn't realise I had ordered "teatime" but she received a plant pot. So, it was I that was disappointed - I thought the teacup was a lovely idea especially as we wouldn't be able to have a cuppa together (her being in England and me in Australia).
