Absolutely fantastic, I realised I had put the wrong number door on the order,so I rung up and the lady was so quickly to go to the house and sort it for me, eventually the flowers got to the right house ,1st class service and will always use this florist, greatly appreciated

Ordered a bouquet from Petals Florist last night on Direct2Florist from abroad very last minute the night before mother's day and was worried they wouldn't arrive on time. To say I'm impressed and taken back would be an understatement! The bouquet was delivered to the house the next day (a Sunday!) by 1pm (less than 24 hours after ordering) and are absolutely beautiful. Cannot recommend enough for both service and presentation, especially last minute.

I was really pleased that the flowers I ordered were safely delivered on the same day, I also received a photo of them by email looking beautiful and fresh at the point of delivery. I would recommend this flower shop to others and will look forward to using it again myself in the future.

I'll be honest I was nervous because I wanted them delivered to The Premier Inn on NYE for a couples anniversary before we arrived. I put all the instructions with my order online. And I can honestly say they went above and beyond. When our friends got to their room they was over the moon to find this beautiful bouquet sat waiting for them, the flowers looked and smelt amazing. I even received an email to tell me the flowers had been delivered. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

I was mightily impressed with the service given by the Bridlington Florist to my friend, Cynthia Blackbourn, on her birthday 10 days ago. She rang me up on the same afternoon that the flowers were delivered, and was obviously very moved and delighted by our gift.
