Flowers were beautiful and my mother loved them, she especially liked the hand written card. The fact the card had been hand written rather than printed added a personal touch which was warmly received. P.s because I didn’t add a name to the card my mother wasn’t sure who of my siblings or I sent them, but thought the hand writing look like mines! lol 5*

I ordered a funeral arrangement just after midday and it was delivered later the same day. I was sent an email with photo of my flowers and it looked beautiful, as we don't live where the funeral was held, it was a bonus to see it made up. Easy website to order from. A beautiful bouquet of flowers for my friend who recently suffered a bereavement. Beautiful flowers delivered to my ex mother in law. I live in Newcastle Upon Tyne so it can be difficult to get things sent but being able to get local flowers delivered to her is amazing! Due to this covid19 the shop was closed,and we made contact through social media to organise for some flowers to be delivered to family member for a funeral. They did everything possible even if they wernt sure if they would have flowers,they got them delivered early next day and they were beautiful,they had to use alternative coloured flowers but they were just as beautiful. I ordered at 7pm in the evening and flowers where delivered around 2:20Pm the following day, I had requested an am delivery (not sure this was realistic given the time i placed the order)and made enquiries about delivery time the following day. i received a prompt email in response. I would Use this florist in the future as good customer service is provided and website is very easy to use. I have yet to receive a report on the flowers sent hence the 4 stars.
