Unfortunately, our chosen florist was unable to complete our order as requested BUT Direct2florist immediately arranged another florist and communicated this to us. We appreciate that our request fell right before a weekend and were happy with the alternative arrangements that were offered.

The fact that I could leave it up to Direct2florist to find experienced competent and approved florists to choose from in an area I didn't know was a great help. Reading previous revues I felt everything would go well. Overall, a valued service.

Another florist let us down and with 6 minutes before cut off for same day delivery Rockability Rose accepted the order. Kept us infomed and discussed what flowers to select for the bouquet. Unfortunately, no one was in to accept the delivery and so they rearranged a new delivery day. Again keeping me in imformed with friendly text. Recipient lived the flowers!
