I was very happy with the service. I found them very accommodating when I had to change the date of the delivery. A photo was sent to me before delivery so I could see what I I had purchased which I thought was a lovely touch. The flowers were delivered to my friend who said 'They are the best flowers she had ever had' I would definitely recommend.

I ordered the arrangement for the 13th February and then discovered my friend would not be at home so contacted the florist who was more than happy to change the date of delivery. What absolutely beautiful flowers and it was so good being sent a picture of the arrangement before they were sent out. My friend loved the arrangement and said 'They are the best flowers she had ever received' Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful flowers and very grateful for the florist acknowledging what flowers the recipient likes and accommodating that into the bouquet choice. The ease of being able to choose which type of bouquet and pay online is fantastic. My only disappointment was that the bouquet was delivered the following day despite the details stating it would be delivered the same day (as I had left it til the last minute to order). Brilliant website though and many thanks to the florists who try their best to prepare and deliver as soon as they can ????

I rang the florets direct, Floral Designs, Gorleston on Sea, once I knew who they were as I wanted to check a detail, they told me there would be a £6 service fee or the blooms would be a lot less, I paid another £6. When I attended the funeral I was shocked and embarrassed by what they had sent. The flowers were well passed there sell by date.

Really impressed by the personal service afforded by this florist, who took the time to message me about my order (I had been been so impressed by the floral arrangements delivered for my brother's recent funeral that I used the same florist to order flowers for Mother's Day to cheer my still grieving mother). Easy to order and specify the delivery. What arrived seemed a bit smaller than I was expecting and different in colour. The bouquet was described as cherry blossom and looked to be pinks and whites in the blurb but what the lady got just looked like a normal random bouquet even had yellow roses in it... but she was happy

What a great service, just a small hick up with delivery but that was sorted out very quickly. Thought it was a bit strange when the email said no one was in left with No10 across the road. I haven???t used this florist before and wanted to send some flowers for my friends 81st birthday. The service is excellent sending me photos of the flower arrangement was an added bonus being able to see the actual arrangement. Wasn't expecting such a great online service from Floral Design. My fiancé used to get me fresh bouquets from the shop so I knew the flowers would be perfect to send my Mum. But we've since moved away from the area so ordered via the website which was so easy. I was also delighted with the delivery confirmation email which had two pictures of the actual flowers they'd made and a personal message from the florist. Just a brilliant national online service with a local touch.
