The Christmas flowers were very poor quality and mainly white - I am a regular customer due to excellent service from a Hartford flower company near my family, I live in Scotland, but I think this was a different company. I was very disappointed

Being in a foreign country, sending flowers home has never been easier. We reached out to a local florist we have used for years, The bouquet we wanted to send this time was unavailable, and we sent the request in on a long weekend after hours. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by reaching out to us and trying to get the order fixed for our needed date of delivery. Due to the time difference we were unable to respond, the shop took action and sent a wonderful, beautiful bouquet in place of our order. The order was delivered on time and we were very pleased with the results.

Nice fresh flowers but not particularly cheap given the contents of the bunch I received. Also, very disappointed with the fact that delivery was included in the price but then found at checkout that I had to pay£4.50 for ‘assembling charge’.

So amazing! These were to cheer up my mum who???s unwell at the moment. Got a lovely text message from the florist to discuss what my mum liked. Delivered the next day. Flowers left on the doorstep because of social distancing rules and they even rang my mum to let her know they were outside. Amazing service. Mum loves the flowers. So much variety and pretty colours. Cheered her up no end and I get lots of good son points! Thanks so much for all your help. Our new favourite florist for sure!

Wonderful. The florist called me not long after I'd put the order in to let me know a particular flower was unavailable and to work with me to sort out an alternative. Also loved receiving the confirmation of receipt email - a brilliant addition to the service.
